What happens at a Cedar Rapids Roughriders game whenever the opposing team returns to full strength after they've had a penalty.... Filmed by me on April 29, 2011, at the Cedar Rapids Roughriders vs. the Green Bay Gamblers game, in which the Roughriders lost 3 - 2. (BTW, that's my brother at the end, yelling "You hear that, Number Eight?")
