In this shot you see from 1-3sec the left side of the penthouse collapse. At 7sec the building shakes and then it comes down just like controlled demolition.
Personally, I think there is enough visual evidence it came down with controlled demo. However, that left side of the penthouse came down because of something else. It was either damage of some sort, or perhaps an explosion which just set off that part of the building.
The "controlled demo" portion of the collapse does not happen until 7 seconds into this video.
